End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”), last updated on 09-08-2025, is a legal contract between you
(“You” or “Your”) and WARMDEN Private Limited (“WARMDEN,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). By clicking “Accept,”
installing, accessing, or using the WARMDEN application, website, or related services (collectively, the “Application”)
, You agree to be bound by this Agreement; if You do not agree, You must not use the Application.
WARMDEN grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application
solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes, subject to this Agreement. You may not copy,
modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, extract source code, use the Application
unlawfully, impair the platform, or share account access with unauthorized users. All content, including text,
courses, videos, graphics, audio, and software, is the intellectual property of WARMDEN or its licensors,
and no ownership rights are granted beyond this license. By uploading or submitting content,
You grant WARMDEN a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, store, display, and distribute it solely to
operate the Application. Updates, bug fixes, or enhancements may be provided automatically, and WARMDEN
may modify or discontinue any part of the Application without notice. This Agreement remains effective until terminated,
and WARMDEN may suspend or terminate Your access without notice if terms are violated; upon termination,
You must cease use and delete all copies of the Software. The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”
without warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law,
WARMDEN is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to use or inability
to use the Application. This Agreement is governed by Indian law, and disputes shall be resolved exclusively
in the courts of Chandigarh, Punjab.
